About The Position

PriorityPet is seeking entrepreneurial veterinarians to partner with the company and become Medical Directors and equity owners of newly built urgent care practices. The company offers immediate ownership opportunities with no out-of-pocket cost, provides a new building and state-of-the-art equipment, and allows veterinarians to choose where to build their practice. The Medical Director will lead the hospital, shape its culture, and provide high-quality veterinary care with medical autonomy. PriorityPet provides business support and solutions to help the practice succeed. Requirements

Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent from an accredited university.
Active veterinary state license.
At least 3 years of veterinarian experience.
Current DEA license and USDA accreditation, or the ability to obtain them upon hire.
Compassionate leadership experience and willingness to manage a team.
Effective communication skills and a drive to provide high-quality medicine and mentor veterinarians.

Responsibilities

Partner with PriorityPet to establish and lead an urgent care veterinary practice as Medical Director and equity owner.
Manage a veterinary team and promote a positive clinic culture aligned with Alliance Animal Health’s core values.
Provide high-quality veterinary medicine and mentor other veterinarians to do the same.
Help shape the practice and its culture while exercising medical autonomy.
