About The Position

PriorityPet is seeking entrepreneurial veterinarians to partner with the company as Medical Directors and equity owners of new urgent care practices. The veterinarian and company will build a practice together, with PriorityPet providing a new building, state-of-the-art equipment, and business support at no out-of-pocket cost to the veterinarian. Practice location is flexible. The role offers medical autonomy and the opportunity to lead a hospital, shape its culture, and provide high-quality veterinary care. Requirements

• Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent from an accredited university.
• Active veterinary state license.
• At least 3 years of veterinarian experience.
• Current DEA license and USDA accreditation, or ability to obtain them upon hire.
• Compassionate leadership and the experience and willingness to manage a team and promote a positive clinic culture.
• Effective communication skills and a drive to provide high-quality medicine and mentor other veterinarians.

Responsibilities

• Partner with PriorityPet to establish and lead an urgent care veterinary practice as its Medical Director.
• Manage a veterinary team and promote a positive clinic culture aligned with Alliance Animal Health’s core values.
• Provide high-quality veterinary medicine with medical autonomy.
• Communicate effectively and mentor other veterinarians.
• Help build a practice and its culture with support from the company.
