About The Position

PriorityPet is seeking entrepreneurial veterinarians to partner with the company as Medical Directors and build an Urgent Care practice together. The role offers immediate ownership and equity opportunities with no out-of-pocket cost. PriorityPet provides a new building, state-of-the-art equipment, and business support, while the veterinarian leads the hospital, shapes its culture, and maintains medical autonomy. Practice location is flexible; candidates can identify where they want to build. The position includes team leadership, high-quality veterinary care, and mentoring other veterinarians.

Requirements

• Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent from an accredited university.
• Active veterinary state license.
• At least 3 years of veterinarian experience.
• Current DEA license and USDA accreditation, or ability to obtain them upon hire.
• Compassionate leadership experience and willingness to manage a team and promote a positive clinic culture.
• Effective communication skills and a drive to provide high-quality medicine and mentor other veterinarians.

Responsibilities

• Partner with PriorityPet to build and lead an Urgent Care veterinary practice as its Medical Director.
• Manage a team and promote a positive clinic culture aligned with Alliance Animal Health’s core values.
• Provide high-quality veterinary medicine while exercising medical autonomy.
• Mentor other veterinarians in delivering high-quality medicine.
