About The Position

PriorityPet is seeking entrepreneurial veterinarians to partner with the company as Medical Directors and build urgent care practices together. The role offers immediate ownership and equity opportunities with no out-of-pocket cost. PriorityPet provides a new building, state-of-the-art equipment, and business support, while veterinarians retain medical autonomy and lead the culture of their practices. Practice location is flexible. The position includes team leadership, high-quality veterinary care, and mentoring other veterinarians.

Requirements

• Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent from an accredited university.
• Active veterinary state license.
• At least 3 years of veterinarian experience.
• Current DEA License and USDA Accreditation, or obtain them upon hire.
• Compassionate leadership ability and willingness to manage a team and promote a positive clinic culture.
• Effective communication skills and a drive to provide the highest quality medicine and mentor other veterinarians.

Responsibilities

• Partner with PriorityPet to build and lead an urgent care veterinary practice as its Medical Director.
• Provide high-quality veterinary medicine while exercising medical autonomy.
• Manage a team and promote a positive clinic culture aligned with Alliance Animal Health’s core values.
• Mentor other veterinarians.
