About The Position

PriorityPet is seeking entrepreneurial veterinarians to partner with the company as Medical Directors and equity owners of new urgent care practices. The veterinarian and company will build the practice together, with PriorityPet providing a new building, state-of-the-art equipment, business support, and solutions at no out-of-pocket cost to the veterinarian. The practice location is flexible, and the Medical Director will lead the hospital, shape its culture, and retain medical autonomy. The role includes mentoring other veterinarians and managing a team.

Requirements

• Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent from an accredited university.
• Active veterinary state license.
• At least 3 years of veterinarian experience.
• Current DEA license and USDA accreditation, or obtain them upon hire.
• Compassionate leadership, with experience and willingness to manage a team and promote a positive clinic culture.
• Effective communication skills and a commitment to high-quality medicine and mentoring veterinarians.

Responsibilities

• Partner with PriorityPet to build and lead an urgent care veterinary practice as Medical Director and equity owner.
• Manage a team and promote a positive clinic culture aligned with Alliance Animal Health’s core values.
• Provide high-quality veterinary medicine and mentor other veterinarians.
• Help determine where to build the practice.
