About The Position

PriorityPet is seeking entrepreneurial veterinarians to partner with the company as Medical Directors and help build Urgent Care practices. The company offers immediate ownership and equity opportunities with no out-of-pocket cost, providing a new building, state-of-the-art equipment, and business support. Practice location is flexible, and the veterinarian will lead the hospital, shape its culture, and retain medical autonomy while PriorityPet provides support and solutions for the practice’s success.

Requirements

• Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent from an accredited university.
• Active veterinary state license.
• At least 3 years of veterinarian experience.
• Current DEA license and USDA accreditation, or obtain them upon hire.
• Compassionate leadership skills and willingness to manage a team.
• Effective communication skills and a drive to provide high-quality medicine and mentor other veterinarians.

Responsibilities

• Partner with PriorityPet to build and lead an Urgent Care veterinary practice as its Medical Director.
• Lead the hospital team and promote a positive clinic culture aligned with Alliance Animal Health’s core values.
• Provide high-quality veterinary medicine and mentor other veterinarians.
• Work collaboratively with the company, which provides business support and solutions for the practice.
