About The Position

PriorityPet is seeking entrepreneurial veterinarians to partner with the company and become Medical Directors and equity owners of newly built urgent care practices. The company offers immediate ownership opportunities with no out-of-pocket cost, a new practice building, and state-of-the-art equipment. The location is flexible: candidates can identify where they want to build their practice. As a practice leader, the veterinarian will shape the hospital’s culture and retain medical autonomy, while PriorityPet provides business support and solutions. Requirements

• Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent from an accredited university.
• Active veterinary state license.
• At least 3 years of veterinarian experience.
• Current DEA License and USDA Accreditation, or obtain them upon hire.
• Compassionate leadership experience and willingness to manage a team and promote a positive clinic culture.
• Effective communication skills and a commitment to providing high-quality medicine and mentoring other veterinarians.

Responsibilities

• Partner with PriorityPet to build and lead an urgent care veterinary practice as a Medical Director and equity owner.
• Manage a veterinary team and promote a positive clinic culture aligned with Alliance Animal Health’s core values.
• Provide high-quality veterinary medicine and mentor other veterinarians to do the same.
