About The Position

PriorityPet is seeking entrepreneurial veterinarians to partner with the company, become Medical Directors, and help establish an urgent care practice in a location of their choosing. PriorityPet provides a new building, state-of-the-art equipment, and business support, with immediate ownership and equity opportunities at no out-of-pocket cost. The role offers medical autonomy and the opportunity to lead a hospital, shape its culture, manage a team, and mentor other veterinarians. The stated salary range is $120,000 to $220,000, depending on experience, qualifications, schedule, and compensation structure; the range may change based on the candidate.

Requirements

• Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent from an accredited university.
• Active veterinary state license.
• At least 3 years of veterinarian experience.
• Current DEA License and USDA Accreditation, or ability to obtain them upon hire.
• Compassionate leadership experience and willingness to manage a team and promote a positive clinic culture aligned with Alliance Animal Health’s core values.
• Effective communication skills and a commitment to high-quality medicine and mentoring other veterinarians.

Responsibilities

• Partner with PriorityPet to build and establish an urgent care veterinary practice in a location of the veterinarian’s choosing.
• Serve as Medical Director and lead the hospital, including managing a team and fostering a positive clinic culture.
• Exercise medical autonomy and provide high-quality veterinary medicine.
• Communicate effectively and mentor other veterinarians.
• Work with PriorityPet’s business support team to help the practice succeed.
