About The Position

This is an opportunity for a full-time DVM to become a co-owner of an established veterinary practice. The role involves equity ownership, sharing in the practice's growth and value, and having a name on the door and balance sheet. The co-owner will lead medical decision-making and clinic culture, with autonomy in workup and treatment plans, free from mandated protocols or production quotas. The practice has an established caseload, a support team of 2 credentialed techs and 5 support staff, and a voice in equipment, hiring, and scheduling decisions. Leadership training and mentorship from experienced partners are provided. The practice is located in Cainhoy, a growing area in the Charleston metro, offering proximity to amenities and a strong pet-owning population.

Requirements

• DVM/VMD from an AVMA-accredited school
• Licensed or license-eligible in South Carolina
• Small animal general practice experience
• Comfortable with routine surgery and dentistry
• Genuine interest in ownership and building a practice
• Judgment and communication skills to be trusted with autonomy
