About The Position

This is an opportunity for a full-time DVM to become a co-owner of the Sangaree at Cane Bay practice, which is experiencing steady growth and has a loyal client base. This is a partnership model where the co-owner will have meaningful equity and share in the practice's growth and value. The practice is AAHA-accredited and has been recognized with the "Best of Summerville" award. The co-owner will have leadership in medical decision-making, clinic culture, and decisions regarding equipment, hiring, and scheduling. The practice offers competitive compensation including a base salary plus production, distributions based on hospital performance and equity share, leadership training, and full benefits.

Requirements

• DVM/VMD from an AVMA-accredited school.
• Licensed or license-eligible in South Carolina.
• Small animal general practice experience.
• Comfortable with routine surgery and dentistry.
• Genuine interest in ownership and building something.
• Judgment and communication skills to be trusted with autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Practice veterinary medicine with autonomy, making decisions on workups and treatment plans.
• Provide leadership in medical decision making and clinic culture.
• Participate in decisions regarding equipment, hiring, and scheduling.
• Build a practice and contribute to its growth and value.
