About The Position

This is an opportunity for a full-time DVM to become a co-owner of the Union Hill practice, which has a growing caseload and a loyal client base. This is a partnership model where the co-owner will buy into a meaningful stake and share in the practice's growth and value. The co-owner will have autonomy in medical decision-making, including workup and treatment plans, without mandated protocols or corporate formularies. They will also have a voice in equipment, hiring, and scheduling decisions. The practice is located in Canton, Georgia, in Cherokee County, near the Etowah River, Lake Allatoona, and the Blue Ridge Mountains.

Requirements

• DVM/VMD from an AVMA-accredited school, licensed or license-eligible in Georgia
• Small animal general practice experience
• Comfortable with routine surgery and dentistry
• Genuine interest in ownership — you want to build something, not just work a shift
• The judgment and communication skills to be trusted with autonomy
