VENDING ATTENDANT (FULL TIME)
About The Position
The Vending Attendant provides vending products and services at a single location. The role receives deliveries of beverages, bakery products, specialty foods, snacks, and sundries; stocks vending machines and coolers; collects unsold merchandise and money; and refills bill and coin changers. The attendant records transactions, remains accountable for cash and products, and maintains customer service by checking whether service is adequate, informing customers about new products and services, and resolving complaints. The position also includes preparing food and pastry order forms, performing routine machine maintenance and sanitation, maintaining a clean storeroom and vending area, and setting up promotional displays or distributing promotional materials. Other duties may be assigned. Warehouse and stocking experience is required. This is a full-time position at the listed Pryor, Oklahoma location; days and hours may vary.

Responsibilities
- Receive deliveries of beverages, bakery products, specialty foods, snacks, and sundries at the customer's place of business.
- Stock shelves or racks in vending machines and coolers.
- Collect stale, rejected, or unsold merchandise and collect money from machines.
- Refill bill and coin changers.
- Record transactions using the appropriate card or electronic device.
- Remain accountable for cash and products.
- Contact existing customers to determine whether service is adequate.
- Prepare order forms for food and pastry products.
- Inform regular customers about new products or services.
- Listen to and resolve service complaints.
- Perform routine maintenance and sanitation of machines.
- Maintain a clean storeroom and vending area.
- Set up merchandise and sales promotion displays or provide promotional materials to customers.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
