VENDING ATTENDANT (FULL TIME)
About The Position
Canteen is hiring a full-time Vending Attendant to provide vending products and services at a single customer location in Orlando, Florida. The role includes receiving deliveries, stocking vending machines and coolers, collecting money, recording transactions, and maintaining product and cash accountability. The attendant also supports customer service by checking in with existing customers, informing them about new products or services, and resolving service complaints. Routine machine maintenance, sanitation, storeroom upkeep, and sales-promotion displays are also part of the position. Days and hours may vary; further schedule details are provided during the interview. Previous driving experience is required. The pay range is $20.00 to $25.00 per hour.
Requirements
- Previous driving experience is required.

Responsibilities
- Receives deliveries of soft drinks, bakery products, specialty foods, snack items, and sundries at customer locations.
- Stocks shelves or racks in vending machines and coolers; collects stale, rejected, or unsold merchandise; collects money from machines; and refills bill and coin changers.
- Records transactions using the appropriate card or electronic device.
- Maintains accountability for cash and product.
- Contacts existing customers to determine whether service is adequate.
- Prepares order forms for food and pastry products.
- Informs regular customers of new products or services.
- Listens to and resolves service complaints.
- Performs routine maintenance and sanitation of machines and keeps the storeroom and vending area clean.
- Sets up merchandise and sales-promotion displays or distributes promotional materials to customers.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
