About The Position

The Vehicle Service Specialist provides customer service and performs oil changes, filter replacements, preventive maintenance, tire services, fluid exchanges, and vehicle inspections. The role includes maintaining inventory and clean, organized work areas while following safety standards and Valvoline Instant Oil Change procedures. Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and handle customer questions with care.
• Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and preventive maintenance.
• Inspect vehicles for potential safety or maintenance needs.
• Conduct basic maintenance services, including tire services and fluid exchanges.
• Maintain accurate inventory and keep work areas clean and organized.
• Follow safety standards and VIOC procedures to help ensure a safe workplace.
• Complete necessary certifications and follow the VIOC SuperPro process for all services.
