About The Position

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Valet Supervisor to oversee, supervise, direct, and coordinate valet operations in an attentive, courteous, efficient, and confidential manner. The role includes helping guests into and out of the resort, coordinating traffic on the front drive, arranging pickup and delivery of guest luggage, and delivering items to guests as requested. As part of the leadership team, the Valet Supervisor guides, supports, and inspires associates while delivering excellent guest experiences. The supervisor helps ensure arrivals and departures are welcoming, smooth, and efficient through professional service, quick response times, and attention to detail.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license required.
Ability to stand during the entire shift.
Ability to maintain composure and work well in stressful, high-pressure situations.
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

Customer service background preferred.
Supervisory background preferred.

Responsibilities

Ensure valet staff are properly trained and have the tools and equipment needed to perform their job duties.
Coach and counsel valet staff with guidance from the Valet Office Manager.
Manage guest complaints and take corrective action when necessary.
Ensure daily completion of administrative duties, including transport logs, shift checklists, maintenance requests, and sign-out sheets.
Oversee, supervise, direct, and coordinate valet operations.
Help guests into and out of the resort and coordinate traffic on the front drive.
Coordinate pickup and delivery of guest luggage and deliver items to guests as requested.
