About The Position

Five Star Valet is hiring a part-time Valet Parking Attendant at The LILLI Miami Residences. The role provides valet parking services and creates an outstanding customer service experience for guests. Attendants warmly greet arriving and departing guests, run to park and retrieve vehicles, open doors, and provide information and directions. Vehicles must be driven courteously, safely, and efficiently according to company standards. Attendants are expected to serve guests with confidence, integrity, pride, passion, kindness, empathy, and patience.

The position is scheduled for 16–24 hours per week. Listed shifts are 10:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 11:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Friday through Sunday. Availability to work weekends and holidays is required. The position is scheduled to start October 15, 2026, and pays $20 per hour. Work is at The LILLI Miami Residences, 717 NE 27th St, Miami, FL 33137.

Requirements

• Driver's license held for four years or more.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license.
• Excellent driving record; must pass background and DMV checks.
• Clear, professional communication with customers, coworkers, patrons, and management, with English language proficiency.
• A smart mobile phone with internet and email access.
• Ability to run or jog to work assignments and stand for long periods (5–6 hours).
• Ability to bend, squat, lift, push, and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions, including heat, wind, and rain.
• Responsible, safe, and conscientious driving.
• Ability to communicate with kindness, empathy, and patience; anticipate guest and member needs; prioritize, organize, and exercise good judgment.
• Ability to maintain concentration under all driving conditions.
• Ability to perform assignments with minimal supervision and work cohesively with coworkers.
• Must meet grooming standards: cover visible tattoos; maintain clean, well-groomed hair; no visible piercings or male earrings; no beards; keep mustaches neat and within the corners of the mouth; and keep sideburns no longer than the midpoint of the ear. Male employees' hair must not extend more than 1/2 inch above the collar, and extreme hairstyles are not permitted.

• Manual transmission (stick-shift) experience is preferred but not required.
