About The Position

The Valet Attendant is the face of UNA Residences for residents and visitors, providing safe, professional driving and a seamless, high-end hospitality experience in a luxury residential setting. The role is based in Miami, Florida, and pays $16.50 per hour. Attendants interact with residents and guests, handle vehicles and parking operations, and help maintain a secure and professional environment.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to read and write professionally, follow instructions, and handle U.S. currency accurately.
• Calm and professional approach to resolving concerns and adapting to unexpected changes.
• Ability to regularly stand, walk, and move throughout the facility during a shift.
• Ability to occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Proactively respond to resident and guest requests, explain rates, and provide local directions.
• Inspect vehicles upon arrival and follow traffic laws when parking or transporting vehicles.
• Arrive on time and maintain a pristine uniform throughout the shift.
• Immediately report safety hazards, accidents, and unusual occurrences to management.
• Handle vehicles, cash, and parking equipment safely.
• Professionally address resident concerns and adapt to unexpected changes during a shift.
