About The Position

The Valet Attendant is the face of UNA Residences for residents and visitors, delivering a seamless, high-end hospitality experience in a luxury residential setting. The role requires safe, energetic, and professional driving while maintaining high standards of service and vehicle safety. The listed pay rate is $16.50 per hour. The position is located in Miami, Florida.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to read and write professionally, follow instructions clearly, and handle U.S. currency accurately.
• Calm and professional approach to resolving resident concerns and adapting to unexpected changes during a shift.
• Ability to regularly stand, walk, and move throughout the facility during the shift.
• Ability to safely handle vehicles, cash, and parking equipment.
• Occasional ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Proactively address resident and guest requests, explain rates, and provide local directions.
• Inspect every vehicle upon arrival and follow traffic laws to ensure safe parking and transport.
• Arrive on time and maintain a pristine uniform throughout the shift.
• Immediately communicate safety hazards, accidents, and unusual occurrences to management.
• Safely handle vehicles, cash, and parking equipment.
• Assist residents with luggage or groceries when needed.
