About The Position

Solaris Residences is hiring a Bell/Valet Attendant for its Guest Services team at a luxury residential property in Vail Village. The property has 79 privately owned residences and aims to provide personalized experiences for guests and homeowners. This role helps create seamless arrivals, memorable stays, and warm departures through guest assistance, vehicle parking and transportation, and delivery of requested items. The position is full-time and year-round, with a varied schedule primarily involving 7 AM–3 PM or 3 PM–11 PM shifts. Schedule flexibility is both offered and required, and holiday work is required. The start date is ASAP. Pay is $17.00 per hour plus tips and commissions; the full-time Guest Services team historically averages $33–$35 per hour after tips. Active full-time employees participate in homeowner pooled distributions paid twice per year. Additional earnings may be available through owner shuttle and transfer services.

Requirements

At least 25 years old.
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least one year of service-focused experience.
Valid driver’s license and clean motor vehicle record.
Ability to safely operate guest and company vehicles.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests with friendly, professional service and assist with arrivals, departures, luggage, valet parking, and property orientation.
Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles and provide transportation for guests, homeowners, and company operations.
Deliver luggage, groceries, packages, and special requests promptly and efficiently.
Keep the front entrance, lobby, and guest areas clean, organized, and welcoming.
Work with front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams to provide exceptional guest service.
Handle guest belongings with care and support the team wherever needed.
