About The Position

The Residences Concierge is the primary point of contact for homeowners, guests, and vendors at The Knox Private Residences. The role delivers seamless, secure, highly personalized service; supports daily residential operations; anticipates needs; and ensures interactions reflect professionalism and discretion. The Concierge coordinates residential access, deliveries, move-ins, in-residence services, and contractor activity, and helps maintain the Residences Lounge and residential areas. The position collaborates with hotel departments and supports flexible coverage, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnight shifts.

Requirements

Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence.
Proficiency with property management systems (PMS) and service platforms.
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in luxury hospitality, high-end residential, private club, or boutique hotel environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

Deliver personalized, anticipatory service aligned with brand standards.
Serve as the primary contact for homeowners, guests, and vendors.
Coordinate move-ins, deliveries, vendor access, and contractor scheduling.
Monitor contractor activity and maintain accurate access and service logs.
Coordinate in-residence services, including maintenance, repairs, and housekeeping.
Manage resident, guest, and vendor access in partnership with Security.
Oversee package handling and deliveries, and notify residents.
Support daily operations of residential areas and the Residences Lounge.
Assist with resident events and lifestyle programming.
Maintain accurate records, incident reports, and shift handovers.
Collaborate with Concierge, Valet, Engineering, Housekeeping, and Security.
Support flexible coverage, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnight shifts.
