About The Position

The Residences Concierge is an integral part of the Residences at Naples Beach Club, A Four Seasons Resort. The role focuses on ensuring members have a smooth arrival, an engaged and connected visit, and an ongoing relationship with the brand and team. The concierge team goes above and beyond by using its resources and knowledge of the local Naples area to enhance members’ experiences and make their stays as enjoyable as possible.

The role maintains a welcoming, helpful, and discreet environment; responds to phone calls, chats, and emails through computer systems; and connects with members about transportation, restaurant reservations, amenities, preferences, and arrival and departure times. The concierge works with team members to ensure guests are cared for.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Passion for guest services and hospitality.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and spoken English.

• Knowledge of Naples and the surrounding area.
• Experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities
