About The Position

The Butler is the embodiment of luxury hospitality and personalized service for a premier life and wellness brand developing a luxury condominium community. This highly visible brand ambassador creates an exceptional and memorable experience for prospective residents, current clients, VIP guests, brokers, developers, and other distinguished visitors. The Butler anticipates guest needs, delivers personalized service, maintains an impeccable sales-center environment, and communicates the lifestyle, wellness philosophy, and elevated service that will define the future condominium community. The ideal candidate combines the sophistication and discretion of a private butler with the warmth of a five-star hospitality professional and polished communication skills suited to a luxury real estate sales environment.

This part-time position is based at The LILLI Miami Residences, 717 NE 27th St, Miami, FL 33137, and is scheduled for 32 hours per week. Hours are Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday, 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The position starts October 15, 2026, pays $27 per hour, and requires availability to work holidays and weekends.

Requirements

• Driver’s license held for at least four years.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, excellent driving record, and ability to pass a background and DMV check.
• Clear, professional communication with customers, coworkers, patrons, and management, with English-language proficiency.
• Smart mobile phone with internet and email access.
• Ability to communicate with kindness, empathy, and patience; anticipate guest or member needs; prioritize and organize; and make sound judgments.
• Ability to meet valet-parking physical expectations, including standing for 5–6 hours; bending, squatting, lifting, pushing, and carrying up to 50 pounds; and working in heat, wind, rain, and other weather conditions.
• Compliance with grooming standards: visible tattoos must be covered; hair must be clean and well groomed, with men’s hair no longer than 1/2 inch above the collar and no extreme styles; no visible piercings or earrings for male employees; no beards; mustaches must be neat and not extend past the corners of the mouth; sideburns must not extend below the midpoint of the ear.
