About The Position

The Residences Butler provides bespoke residential experiences and services to fulfill Owner needs while they are living in a branded Residence. At co-located properties, the Butler coordinates and verifies that hotel departments supporting Butler services are equipped to meet Owner needs. The role builds rapport with Owners, anticipates their needs, and acts on them where possible. As an ambassador for the St. Regis Butler program, the Butler delivers high-touch, personalized service and helps uphold the brand’s standards for modern luxury.

The role requires a passion for service, uncompromising standards, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to anticipate needs. Team members are expected to create a safe workplace, follow company policies and procedures, uphold quality standards, and maintain professional uniforms, appearance, and communications. Other reasonable job duties may also be assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent (preferred qualification).
• Six months of related work experience (preferred qualification).
• Passion for service, uncompromising standards, ability to anticipate needs, and impeccable interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
