About The Position

The Valet Driver / Parker greets guests as they arrive to have their vehicles valet parked, following AAA 5 Diamond and Forbes 5 Star service standards. The role involves consistently engaging and interacting with guests throughout the assigned shift while safely and cautiously handling their vehicles.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have a valid Louisiana driver’s license.
• Must possess excellent communication skills and express oneself professionally, clearly, and concisely.
• Must be able to get along with coworkers and work as part of a team.
• Must present a well-groomed appearance.
• Must be flexible with scheduling.
• Must be able to work and maneuver quickly inside and outside the casino in varying temperatures.
• Must be able to run on level surfaces and up and down ramps and stairs.
• Must be able to safely and promptly drive all types of passenger vehicles with automatic or manual transmissions.
• Must be able to work at a fast pace and in stressful situations.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues.

Nice To Haves

• Previous valet parking experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Receive vehicles from guests and complete parking tickets.
• Park vehicles in the correct area and give keys and tickets to the Valet Booth Attendant for filing.
• Retrieve vehicles from the parking area and return them to guests.
• Handle guests’ vehicles safely and cautiously at all times.
• Serve as a role model to other employees, represent Caesars positively, and encourage others to do the same.
• Meet attendance guidelines and adhere to regulatory, departmental, and company policies.
