About The Position

The Valet Driver / Parker greets guests as they arrive to have their vehicles valet parked and interacts with them throughout the assigned shift in accordance with AAA 5 Diamond and Forbes 5 Star service standards. The role receives and parks guest vehicles, handles them safely, and retrieves them for guests. The position requires professional guest service, teamwork, flexibility with scheduling, and the ability to work at a fast pace in varying indoor and outdoor conditions.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have a valid Louisiana driver’s license.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to express oneself professionally, clearly, and concisely.
• Ability to work well with coworkers and as part of a team.
• Must present a well-groomed appearance.
• Must be flexible with scheduling.
• Must be able to work and quickly maneuver inside and outside the casino in varying temperatures.
• Must be able to run on level surfaces and up and down ramps and stairs.
• Must be able to safely and promptly drive passenger vehicles with automatic or manual transmissions.
• Must be able to work at a fast pace and in stressful situations.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues.

Nice To Haves

• Previous valet parking experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and interact with them according to AAA 5 Diamond and Forbes 5 Star service standards.
• Receive vehicles from guests and complete parking tickets.
• Park vehicles in the correct area and submit keys and tickets to the Valet Booth Attendant for filing.
• Retrieve vehicles and return them and their keys to guests.
• Handle guests’ vehicles safely and cautiously at all times.
• Serve as a role model to other employees and encourage them to represent Caesars positively.
• Meet attendance guidelines and follow regulatory, departmental, and company policies.
