About The Position

Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking a part-time Valet/Bell Attendant for Barton Creek Resort & Spa. The role provides guest assistance and valet service while maintaining the resort’s 4-Diamond standards of service. The attendant welcomes guests, assists with luggage and packages, provides information about the resort and surrounding area, and parks and retrieves guest vehicles safely and efficiently. The role also supports the cleanliness and appearance of the lobby and main drive and follows company policies and emergency procedures.

Requirements

Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent grooming and body language to represent the brand.
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Ability to lift, push, and pull 100–150 pounds frequently and remain on feet for the entire shift.
Valid Texas driver's license.
At least 18 years of age.
Excellent driving record, with fewer than two moving violations in the last two years.
Ability to work a variety of shifts; the posting does not specify which shifts.

Nice To Haves

Previous Valet/Bell Attendant experience is preferred.
Ability to drive manual and automatic transmission is preferred.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate and maintain 4-Diamond standards of service.
Greet guests warmly and welcome them to the resort.
Assist guests with luggage during check-in and check-out as needed.
Orient guests to room amenities and provide directions and information about the resort and surrounding area.
Park and retrieve guest vehicles efficiently and safely.
Assist with delivering packages to guest rooms and deliver newspapers to guest rooms.
Shine shoes upon request.
Assist in resolving guest and member requests.
Follow company policies and procedures, including hotel key policies.
Maintain a clean, neat uniform and wear a name tag.
Help keep the lobby and main drive clean and tidy.
Maintain knowledge of Club events, promotional programs, amenities, and services offered at the Resort and Club.
Understand all emergency procedures.
Log all runs properly on the Valet log at the Valet Stand.
Complete other duties as assigned by management.
