About The Position

At OUTRIGGER Resorts & Hotels, the Bell / Valet Attendant helps create a welcoming guest experience by embodying the company’s spirit of aloha and following Outrigger policies and procedures. The role assists guests with baggage, transportation, information, and amenities, while helping maintain an orderly driveway and coordinating traffic and deliveries. The position requires flexibility to work different days and shifts, a strong service-oriented attitude, and the ability to work well with others.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Exemplify the image of “Aloha” while assisting guests in accordance with Outrigger policies and procedures.
• Load and unload guests’ baggage and deliver it to their rooms.
• Assist with arranging ground transportation.
• Provide information to guests.
• Deliver amenities.
• Keep the driveway presentable.
• Coordinate traffic and deliveries.
