About The Position

At OUTRIGGER Resorts & Hotels, the Bell / Valet Attendant helps create a welcoming guest experience by practicing aloha and embracing the cultures and communities where they live. The role assists guests in accordance with company policies and procedures and requires a strong service-oriented attitude and the ability to work well with others. Flexible days and shifts are required.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Assist guests in accordance with Outrigger policies and procedures while exemplifying the image of aloha.
• Load and unload guests’ baggage and deliver it to their rooms.
• Assist with arranging ground transportation.
• Provide information to guests.
• Deliver amenities.
• Keep the driveway presentable.
• Coordinate traffic and deliveries.
