About The Position

Omni Hotels & Resorts is hiring a part-time Valet/Bell Attendant for Omni Barton Creek Resort & Spa. The role helps provide welcoming, high-quality service to resort guests and members, including assisting with luggage, explaining room amenities, sharing information about the resort and surrounding area, and handling guest vehicles safely and efficiently. The attendant also supports package and newspaper deliveries, shoe shining upon request, guest requests, and upkeep of the lobby and main drive. The position requires maintaining the resort’s 4-Diamond service standards, following company and hotel key policies, keeping current on resort and club events and services, understanding emergency procedures, and recording valet runs. The attendant must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions and remain on their feet throughout the shift.

Requirements

Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Ability to lift, push, and pull 100–150 pounds frequently and remain on feet for the entire shift.
Must have a valid Texas driver’s license.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have an excellent driving record, with fewer than two moving violations in the last two years.
Must be able to work a variety of shifts.

Nice To Haves

Previous Valet/Bell Attendant experience preferred.
Ability to drive manual and automatic transmission preferred.
Excellent grooming and body language to represent the brand.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate and maintain 4-Diamond service standards daily.
Greet guests warmly and welcome them to the resort.
Assist guests with luggage during check-in and check-out as needed.
Orient guests to room amenities.
Provide directions and information about the resort and surrounding area.
Park and retrieve guest vehicles efficiently and safely.
Assist with delivering packages to guest rooms.
Deliver newspapers to guest rooms.
Shine shoes upon request.
Assist in resolving and accommodating requests from guests and members.
Follow company policies and procedures, including hotel key policies.
Maintain a clean and neat uniform appearance and wear a name tag.
Help keep the lobby and main drive clean and tidy.
Maintain ongoing knowledge of club events, promotional programs, amenities, and services offered at the resort and club.
Understand all emergency procedures.
Log all runs at the valet stand.
Complete other duties as assigned by management.
