About The Position

Guest Arrival Experts deliver services that guide guests through their arrival and departure experiences, aiming to make each memorable. They take initiative and move around their work area to meet operational needs, respond to guest requests, complete reports, and share information about the local area. They make transactions feel like part of the guest experience.

The role requires creating a safe workplace, following company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality, protecting company assets, upholding quality standards, and maintaining a professional uniform, appearance, and communication. Guest Arrival Experts spend extended periods standing, sitting, or walking and perform hands-on work involving moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects. Other reasonable job duties may be requested.

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
• No related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No license or certification required.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance and objects weighing more than 75 pounds with assistance.
