The Valet Attendant provides courteous, efficient, and safe valet services while protecting guest vehicles and delivering a professional hospitality experience. The attendant greets guests, assists with vehicle drop-off and retrieval, manages traffic flow, responds to inquiries, and safely parks and retrieves vehicles. The role requires careful key handling, vehicle inspections, accurate parking-location documentation, and compliance with company policies and safety procedures. Attendants maintain clean and presentable valet areas, communicate professionally, support colleagues, and adapt to changing operational needs. The position involves working indoors and outdoors, including on-site parking facilities, in varied weather and potentially noisy environments with moving vehicles. Team members may use computers and phones and may be required to use a personal cell phone for work-related communication, subject to company reimbursement policy. The position is non-exempt and pays hourly plus tips; the posting states valets can average $13.00–$20.00+ per hour after base pay and tips, with rates varying by market and tips depending on service performance and customer interactions. The schedule may be full-time or part-time and requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. A 120-day introductory period applies.
