As a VAD Program Manager, a caregiver in this role will develop and implement performance improvement plans and processes for inpatient and outpatient ventricular assist device (VAD) programs. The caregiver will coordinate efforts across a multidisciplinary team and oversee VAD training, education, quality improvement and accreditation readiness. This role will support the continued Joint Commission certification of the VAD programs at Main Campus and Weston, ensuring required quality and operational processes are maintained to support VAD placement and ongoing program standards. A caregiver in this position will work 7:30am to 4:30pm with no weekends, holidays or on-call requirements. The main location will be held at CC Main Campus with CC Florida Weston requirements 1-2 times per year.
