About The Position

Concierge Home Care is hiring an experienced Utilization Review Specialist (RN) to join its remote home health team. The role focuses on reviewing home health clinical documentation for accuracy, compliance, OASIS quality, coding accuracy, and reimbursement integrity. The specialist collaborates with branch and clinical leaders and field clinicians, supports quality assurance and regulatory compliance initiatives, and maintains productivity while reviewing high-volume documentation.

This is a fully remote, weekday position with a Monday–Friday schedule. The listed salary is $65,000–$85,000, based on years of experience. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of an AHCA Level 2 background screening.

Requirements

• Active, unencumbered Florida RN license.
• OASIS Certification.
• Home Health Coding Certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of home health experience.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare guidelines and home health regulations.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• SHP platform experience.
• Prior QA, Utilization Review, or Clinical Auditing experience.

Responsibilities
