Shareholder Engagement Specialist FULLY REMOTE
About The Position
Innisfree M&A, Incorporated is hiring full-time candidates for a remote, project-based Shareholder Engagement Specialist position supporting work through its Pittsburgh office. The role involves placing calls to existing stockholders to provide assistance, answer questions, and offer voting services for Annual and Special Shareholder Meetings. Computer-based training is provided. The position pays $16 per hour, with overtime at 1.5 times the hourly rate for hours worked over 40 per week. Advancement opportunities are based on learning ability, work ethic, and job performance. The role does not involve sales.
Requirements
- Available to work 40 hours per week, with the opportunity for overtime.
- Own a personal computer running Windows 10 or Windows 11 with at least 8GB of RAM; MAC, Chromebook, Linux, and S mode are not supported.
- Have a strong internet connection.
- Be technologically proficient.
- Have strong communication and listening skills and a good phone presence.
- Be able to handle problems and issues tactfully.
- Demonstrate attention to detail.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a Salesforce environment.
- At least one year of experience in finance, investments, or a call center environment.
- Financial or personal/professional experience with stocks or investments.
- A bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or another related field.
