About The Position

Innisfree M&A, Incorporated is hiring full-time Shareholder Engagement Specialists for a project-based, fully remote position working through its Pittsburgh office. The role involves placing calls to existing stockholders to provide assistance, answer questions, and offer voting services for Annual and Special Shareholder Meetings. Computer-based training will be provided. The position pays $16 per hour, with overtime paid at 1.5 times the hourly rate for hours worked over 40 per week. There are opportunities for advancement based on ability to learn, work ethic, and job performance. This is not a sales position.

Requirements

• Availability to work 40 hours per week.
• Personal computer running Windows 10 or Windows 11 with at least 8 GB of RAM; Mac, Chromebook, Linux, and Windows S mode are not supported.
• Strong internet connection.
• Technological proficiency.
• Strong communication and listening skills and a professional phone presence.
• Ability to handle problems and issues tactfully.
• Attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a Salesforce environment.
• At least one year of experience in finance, investments, or a call center environment.
• Financial or personal/professional experience with stocks or investments.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field.
