About The Position

AO Globe Life is seeking a Benefits Specialist to help individuals and families understand and enroll in personalized supplemental benefit options. This fully remote, independent contractor opportunity is suited to people who enjoy service-oriented, relationship-driven work and are interested in a performance-based career. The company provides training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven, not hourly or salaried; specific compensation and contractor terms may vary by state.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities, where applicable.
Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense.
Provide a Windows laptop or PC, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and a professional remote workspace.
Have strong communication and people skills.
Be self-motivated, organized, coachable, and comfortable working independently.
Be confident in virtual meetings and familiar with digital tools.
Be passionate about helping others and contributing to a mission-driven organization.

Responsibilities
