About The Position

AO Globe Life is hiring a remote Benefits Enrollment Specialist to help individuals and families understand insurance options that may support their financial security. The role involves working virtually with prospective clients, learning about their needs, and explaining life, supplemental health, and accident insurance products. This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven, not hourly or salaried. No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided. Before conducting licensed insurance activities, the specialist must obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License and complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at their own expense. The opportunity is suited to self-motivated, coachable individuals who can work independently and are interested in performance-based career growth. Spanish-English bilingual communication skills are welcomed.

Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense.
