About The Position
AO Globe Life is seeking a Virtual Financial Services Associate to support clients exploring insurance products designed to help protect their financial well-being. This fully remote, independent contractor opportunity involves working with individuals and families, conducting needs-based conversations, and explaining available coverage options. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; the role is not hourly or salaried. No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided. Candidates must obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities and complete required pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at their own expense. Specific licensing requirements, fees, compensation, and contractor terms may vary by state and will be reviewed during hiring and onboarding.
Requirements
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills.
- Strong people skills and a client-focused mindset.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Comfortable using virtual meeting platforms and computer systems.

- Able to work effectively independently and within a team.
- At least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Provide a computer or laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace.
- Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings.
- Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities.
- Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense.
