About The Position
AO Globe Life is hiring a fully remote Enrollment Specialist to guide individuals and families through supplemental benefit options and support their enrollment from start to finish. The role emphasizes professional, high-quality, client-focused service, relationship building, accurate digital documentation, and follow-up communication. Specialists lead virtual Zoom consultations and receive training, mentorship, and ongoing professional development. This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven, not hourly or salaried. Candidates must complete required training and obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities. Any required pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements are at the candidate’s expense. The opportunity is intended for self-motivated, coachable people who are comfortable working independently and interested in professional growth and advancement.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Be self-driven and organized, and be comfortable working independently.
- Be comfortable in virtual meetings and using digital tools.
- Provide a computer or laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and a professional remote workspace.
- Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities.
- Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense.
- No prior insurance experience is required.
