About The Position
AO Globe Life is seeking Insurance Solutions Associates to help families prepare for the future by reviewing clients’ coverage needs and explaining insurance products that may support their financial security. The role involves working with warm client leads, scheduling virtual consultations, learning about clients’ goals and coverage needs, explaining life, supplemental health, and accident insurance, following up professionally, and building client relationships over time. Training, coaching, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided. No prior insurance experience is required. This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven, not hourly or salaried. Candidates must obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities and pay for applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements. Candidates provide their own computer or laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace, and must complete required training and participate in virtual meetings.

- At least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.

- Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities.
- Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense.
