About The Position
The Utility Steward Dishwasher helps deliver memorable guest experiences by keeping kitchen and dining areas clean and ensuring serviceware and supplies are ready for seamless service. The role supports banquets and functions, maintains sanitation and safety standards, and helps train new stewards. Requirements
- Demonstrate a passion for hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and accountability, and bring urgency and discipline to work.
Responsibilities
- Clean chinaware, silverware, and cooking utensils; scrub pots and pans; and burnish silver.
- Monitor stock levels and keep supplies and equipment well stocked and organized.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness, including mopping and trash removal.
- Prepare and set up clean serviceware for banquets and functions.
- Train and mentor new stewards to strengthen team performance.
- Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
