About The Position

The Engineering Supervisor oversees the hotel’s building and systems maintenance and repairs while helping deliver memorable guest experiences. The role supports the maintenance and safe operation of hotel facilities and systems, supervises daily maintenance work and contractors, responds to service requests and emergencies, and trains and schedules maintenance team members.

Responsibilities

• Support maintenance of the hotel’s buildings, mechanical and electrical systems, HVAC, and life safety systems, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Assign and oversee daily maintenance tasks and ensure completed work is thoroughly documented in the property management system.
• Supervise external contractors and inspect completed work for quality and compliance.
• Ensure maintenance requests, guest concerns, and emergency situations are addressed promptly and efficiently.
• Train, schedule, and supervise maintenance team members, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work and performance.
