About The Position

The Night Auditor at the Juniper Hotel Cupertino, Curio Collection by Hilton, oversees overnight financial audits and reconciliations while helping deliver memorable guest experiences. The hotel has 224 guest rooms and is located in Cupertino, California. The schedule is 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. The ideal candidate has at least one year of front desk experience; night auditor experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Audit, post, and reconcile the day's financial activity across hotel outlets.
Verify that credit card transactions align with daily reports.
Identify and resolve discrepancies between financial reports and takings.
Provide guidance and training to Night Managers on accurate financial processes and system use.
Assist the Night Manager during emergency situations.
