About The Position

Wilde Toyota is hiring an Automotive Sales Representative to help customers select and purchase vehicles at its onsite West Allis, Wisconsin dealership. The role involves understanding customer needs, presenting vehicles and purchase options, conducting demonstrations and test drives, and maintaining follow-up communication. The representative works with Sales Managers and Finance partners to support a smooth purchase experience, keeps dealership-system records accurate, and works toward individual and team sales goals while providing a positive customer experience. The dealership encourages applicants at all experience levels and provides training, resources, and career opportunities through Lithia & Driveway. The position requires a high school graduate or equivalent and applicants must be at least 18 years old. Requirements

High school graduate or equivalent.
At least 18 years old.
Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience.
Confidence working with customers.
Follow-up skills and attention to customer needs.
Team-focused approach and willingness to collaborate.
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities
