About The Position

As a Used Car Sales Associate, you’ll manage the daily operations of the used car sales lot while delivering exceptional customer service and supporting overall store performance. This base salary plus commission role is intended for motivated self-starters who enjoy building relationships and growing sales. Sales associates do not compete with other sales representatives, so each sale they earn receives a commission.

Pull-A-Part is a national leader in the do-it-yourself used auto parts and automotive recycling industry. Since 1997, the company has focused on sustainability, innovation, and customer care, transforming traditional salvage yards into clean, efficient recycling centers. It operates 35 locations nationwide, including 11 U-Pull-&-Pay stores.

Requirements

• Proven experience in vehicle sales or related customer-facing roles.
• Strong administrative, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Knowledge of car titles, vehicle paperwork, and dealership processes.
• Basic automotive and mechanical understanding.
• Comfort using mobile devices, Microsoft Office, CRM, and DMS tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct minor vehicle repairs and inspections.

• Maintain facility cleanliness and organization.
• Follow company policies, standard operating procedures, and safety standards.
• Work retail store hours, which may include weekends, overtime, and some holidays.
• Grow skills, assist the team, and perform other assigned tasks.
