About The Position

As a Used Car Sales Associate, you will manage the daily operations of the used car sales lot while delivering exceptional customer service and supporting store performance. This base-salary-plus-commission role is suited to motivated self-starters who enjoy building relationships and growing sales. Sales associates do not compete with other sales representatives, and each sale they earn receives a commission. The stated salary is $500 per week plus commission.

Requirements

• Proven experience in vehicle sales or related customer-facing roles.
• Strong administrative, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Knowledge of car titles, vehicle paperwork, and dealership processes.
• Basic automotive and mechanical understanding.
• Comfort using mobile devices, Microsoft Office, CRM, and DMS tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities
