About The Position

As a Used Car Sales Associate, you will manage the daily operations of the used car sales lot, provide exceptional customer service, and support store performance. This base-salary-plus-commission role is intended for motivated self-starters who enjoy building relationships and growing sales. Requirements

• Proven experience in vehicle sales or related customer-facing roles.
• Strong administrative, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Knowledge of car titles, vehicle paperwork, and dealership processes.
• Basic automotive and mechanical understanding.
• Comfort using mobile devices, Microsoft Office, CRM, and DMS tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities
