About The Position

The Used Car Sales Associate manages the daily operations of the used car sales lot, provides exceptional customer service, and supports overall store performance. This is a base-salary-plus-commission role in which associates earn commission on every sale without competing with other sales representatives. The position involves sourcing vehicles with local teams, conducting minor repairs and inspections, handling title and vehicle documentation, and meeting sales goals. Associates work retail store hours, which may include weekends, overtime, and some holidays.

Requirements

• Proven experience in vehicle sales or related customer-facing roles.
• Strong administrative, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Knowledge of car titles, vehicle paperwork, and dealership processes.
• Basic automotive and mechanical understanding.
• Comfort using mobile devices, Microsoft Office, CRM, and DMS tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Reliable transportation.
