About The Position

Castle Automotive Group is seeking a driven, results-oriented Used Automotive Sales Manager. The manager will oversee inventory, coach and develop the sales team, provide an exceptional customer experience, and maximize profitability. The role includes guiding customers through vehicle selection and the sales process, presenting and demonstrating new and used vehicles, and helping the team achieve sales goals.

Requirements

• Previous experience as an Automotive Sales Manager or Pre-Owned Sales Manager.
• Leadership skills and a passion for training fellow employees.
• Enthusiasm and high energy throughout the sales workday.
• Goal-oriented, friendly personality, especially when negotiating pricing.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
• Customer service, communication, computer, and basic math skills.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and develop a team of automotive salespeople.
• Coach salespeople on closing deals and provide mentorship to improve performance.
• Set sales goals, track progress, and lead the team to achieve or exceed quotas.
• Assist customers in selecting vehicles by asking questions and listening to their responses.
• Explain product performance, applications, and benefits to prospective customers.
• Describe optional equipment and products available for purchase.
• Present and demonstrate new and used vehicles professionally and knowledgeably.
• Overcome objections, close sales, and follow company sales-process standards.
• Provide training and support to sales staff and assist in closing deals.
• Oversee inventory and help maximize profitability.
