About The Position

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is hiring a Used Car Manager at Napleton Auto Park of Urbana. The role manages all areas of the Used Car Department, including wholesale, retail, purchasing, and marketing. The manager hires, trains, and leads used car sales associates; supports customer satisfaction; and ensures dealership policies and vehicle delivery standards are followed. The position also includes vehicle reconditioning and posting vehicle photos online.

Requirements

• Automotive dealership Used Car Sales Manager experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, subordinates, and other management.
• At least 18 years of age to comply with the company driving policy.

Nice To Haves

• Previous high-volume experience and a record of producing high monthly unit sales.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Used Car Department, including wholesale, retail, purchasing, and marketing.
• Hire, train, and effectively lead used car sales associates.
• Handle and resolve customer issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure high standards for delivery of vehicles to customers.
• Ensure sales representatives understand and follow dealership policies.
• Recondition vehicles efficiently and properly, and post photos online.
• Use internet and retail tools such as V-auto and E-carlist.
